Gamma T cell Receptor Clonality Assay by Normal Distribution Curve Fitting
This page performs the analysis of gamma T cell receptor clonality assay as described in Kuo et al, J Mol Diagn. 2007 Feb;9(1):12-9.  It fits the PCR peaks into a normal distribution curve and determine whether there are peaks that significantly deviate from the curve.    If you use BIOMED-2 reagents and protocol from InVivoScribe, an ABI genetic analyzer and the 3130xl software, then the standard export file and be directly used here.   Copy and paste your data into the box below and click "Analyze".  The result will appear in the bottom box.  Use the "clear" button in between two cases to clear the text area.    You can also download a Microsoft Excel version of this program Here.
